How to Make...
Our Master Blender recommends one teaspoon for each person and one more for the pot. Use freshly boiled water, give a gentle stir and leave the tea leaves to infuse for 3-5 minutes.
The longer you leave the tea to infuse, the stronger the taste. Give the teapot one more stir before pouring through a strainer.
Experiment with the amount of tea leaves and how long you leave them to infuse to get the balance of flavour that is right for you.
